Alcan Alumina Refinery, Alcan G3 Expansion Project, Gove, Northern Territory:

The challenge was to manufacture and deliver 11 large switch rooms (largest was 45 m long, 17 m high and weighing in at a massive 900 tonnes) – and we did it, meeting tight deadlines, critical budgets and highest expectations.

It involved pre-fabrication, disassembly; transportation by heavy lift platform trailers on to the sea tow barge en route from Newcastle to the final destination.
