CTB Industries location on the North Arm of the Hunter River, adjacent to the Port of Newcastle provides us with a unique advantage of being able to load large electrical switchrooms and substations directly from CTB via our barge siding onto ocean going barges for delivery to Australian and worldwide destinations.

26 years with Custom Transportable Buildings Pty Limited now Trading As CTB Industries

25 years as Managing Director carrying out tasks such as design, estimating, project management, software evolution, customer liaison and human resourcing.

TONY KAISER

Projects Manager

Electrical Trade Qualified with 40 years experience in estimating QA, Project Administration and Project Management.

Types of projects include power stations, coal processing plants, powerlines, substations, NBN fibre rollout and switchroom manufacture.

Having worked for ABB, Downer Group, G&S Engineering and CTB Industries.

Since 2020 at CTB I manage switchroom projects from design to completion dealing with customers, design engineers, trade supervisors and transport companies.

Qualified Structural Welding Supervisor AS2214

20 years experience in Fabrication & Welding such as Structural, Mining, Marine & Construction

11 years experience with CTB in Project Supervision

KEEGAN LITTLEWOOD

Electrical Supervisor

Electrical trade qualified 20+ years experience in industrial, commercial and defence maintenance and construction projects, 8 years in supervisory roles, 10 year with CTB.

Experience in HV/LV installations, data networking, commissioning and troubleshooting

Current role including client/subcontractor liaison, team management, OH&S implementation and system design.

DALE REID

Work Shop Production Supervisor

Builder / Joiner with over 20 years experience in the Building and Commercial Industry in Australia and over seas.

For the past 11 Years I have been with Custom Transportable Buildings Pty Ltd T/A CTB Industries, And have been involved in various task including supervision,  Manufacturing,  design, Coordinating  Site works, Customer Liaison,  Trades and Transport companies.

LUKE BARRY

Lead Estimator

Served a Carpenter – Joiner’s apprenticeship with CTB and has 7 Years building experience in the transportable commercial / Industrial sectors.

Served 8 years with CTB as an estimating assistant, since 2020 has been in the role of lead estimator.

Luke has a vast amount of hands on knowledge of how to build the quality products CTB produce, including Fire systems, HVAC systems plus Australian Standards.
